The punch transforms the circular motion into linear motion. The main motor drives the flywheel, and the clutch drives the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod, etc. to achieve the linear motion of the die.
Process control features
(1) The "dead center" problem of crank and connecting rod: there are "top dead center" and "bottom dead center" in reciprocating motion;
(2) Load mutation: Crossing "top dead center"; crossing "bottom dead center"; contacting workpiece;
(3) Occasionally low speed operation is required;
(4) Inching function;
(5) Press rise: drag large inertia load, the current will rise sharply;
(6) Punch down: the motor is in the state of power generation and needs to be equipped with brake resistor.
System scheme
(1) According to the motor power, the inverter is selected to enlarge the first to second gear;
(2) Control is relatively simple, external terminal start stop, analog variable speed regulation;
(3) Reversal is prohibited;
(4) Considering the energy feedback during down punching and stamping, it is necessary to configure appropriate brake unit and brake resistor.

(1) The low frequency torque is large, the current suppression ability is strong, and the system operation is stable;
(2) The ability of instantaneous over-current is outstanding, which can resist the load impact at the moment of stamping;
