LD8000 Hydraulic Servo Driver
The energy saving effect of ld8000 spindle servo driver is very ideal. The injection molding machine of the hydraulic servo system has double closed loops of system pressure and flow. The hydraulic system supplies oil according to the actual flow and pressure, which overcomes the high energy consumption caused by the high-pressure overflow of the common quantitative pump system. Moreover, the response speed of the system is fast, and the pressure rise time and flow rise time are as fast as 30ms, which improves the hydraulic system's performance. The response speed reduces the action conversion time, speeds up the running time of the whole machine, and greatly improves the production efficiency. It is also worth mentioning that the noise of injection molding machine is reduced from 80dB to 65dB, which improves the field environment of operating machine.
