Transmission system is an important part of industrial washing machine. It participates in the whole washing process to provide power support for washing machine. The transmission system is composed of motor and various speed change mechanisms. Now, frequency converter is mainly used, so its components are significantly simplified. It is generally composed of frequency converter, variable frequency motor, belt pulley and transmission belt. In the whole washing stage, with the frequency automatic adjustment of the frequency converter, the constant torque speed change (stepless speed regulation) of the device without conflict and intermediate transition (gearbox, speed change device or coupling, clutch, etc.) is realized, so that the energy consumption of the washing process is significantly reduced.

working principle
Under the unified scheduling management of the time sequence controller, the asynchronous motor is controlled by the frequency converter to continuously perform the forward and reverse rotation to realize the asynchronous movement of water and clothes, so as to make the water and clothes rub and rub each other to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The main washing procedures are as follows:


First of all, add water and wash in positive and reverse directions for 25 minutes. After washing, the water is drained and enters into the dehydration stage. The dehydration stage includes three processes: uniform distribution, medium stripping and high stripping. Uniform distribution is to rotate forward for 1.5 minutes at a higher speed than the washing process in the case of water and no water, so as to make the clothes evenly adhere to the inside of the drum of the washing machine, so as to make the subsequent dehydration process stable To increase the rotation speed, enter the medium speed dehydration process (2 minutes), and then enter the high speed dehydration process (5 minutes), so as to reduce the moisture content of the clothes to the required level.

Adjusting points (a, a) can affect the starting torque of the equipment, thus affecting the washing speed of the equipment. If (a, a) points move down, the starting frequency of the equipment is low, the washing machine starts slowly and stably, and the low-frequency starting torque of the frequency converter is required to be large.
The adjustment of (B, b) points directly affects the running current of the equipment during washing, which is a very important point. If the slope between points (a, a) and (B, b) is large, that is, the gradient of V / F curve is steep, then the operating current will be large, but the slope is too slow, which needs to be adjusted according to experience.
