Disadvantages of traditional windlass
1. It requires high adjustment accuracy of the brake and limit switch, and it is easy to cause offside and off track accidents and affect the production.
3. The series resistance speed regulation makes most of the electric energy consumed on the resistor when the charging car starts and decelerates; when the motor voltage drops, the torque decreases and the slip increases. In serious cases, the skip can not be started, which is easy to cause accidents.
4. High energy consumption and soft mechanical characteristics at low speed. Because the reduction of speed is achieved by the energy consumption of rotor external resistance, and the lower the speed, the softer the mechanical characteristics, the greater the proportion of energy consumed in the resistance, which is extremely uneconomical, and the level of grid voltage has a great impact on the speed.
Frequency conversion transformation of traditional control
1. Short circuit the rotor winding of wound rotor motor, cancel the original series resistance speed regulation scheme; or design the switching circuit and take the original series resistance speed regulation scheme as the backup scheme.
2. The motor brake system is independently powered and controlled by frequency converter.
3. Transform the original speed control device to control the speed of frequency converter.
